North Avoca 

The North Avoca Residence has uninterrupted and sweeping views of the ocean which provides a truly breathtaking backdrop embedded into a tranquil and private setting. Woods and Warner were engaged during the project to refine, curate, and oversee the finishes schedule, creating a design palette that balances simplicity with an unmistakable sense of quiet luxury.  The design approach is notably warm and ensures there is a dedication to subtle and textural features. Once the foundations were laid and executed by the building team W&W commenced the design and procurement of furniture, soft furnishings and art. Thoughtfully prepared each space has its own personality yet continuous flow throughout the spaces. The milky almond palette was prioritised for the main living spaces creating a gentle flow, however as you move throughout the zones deeper and more joyful surprises await. Woods & Warners natural ability to transform a house into a home shines through this project. There is a balance of calm yet a striking undertone of modern coastal glamour.
